LG 55LV4400 Price and Review : I purchased this TV the day after Christmas, so I have only been using it for about 2 weeks and I can not attest to longevity of this TV. After reading all the reviews about it I was a little skeptical about purchasing this TV, but pulled the trigger and ordered it anyway. When the TV arrived I followed the advice of other reviewers about setup and turning off the energy saver and so forth. I do not know what this TV looks like out of the box set to factory specifications, but by following the reccommendations that others have in the review section I am very happy with the picture. Set up was painless and took about 20 minutes.

I am no audio/video guru, but I do know what looks good and sounds good and this TV looks good and sounds alright. This TV does have some glare on it in direct sunlight and from the overhead light, but I have not owned a TV that does not have some glare on it. The sound is certainly acceptable and fine for what I use this TV for. I use this TV to watch DirecTV in HD for my bedroom, so I haven’t used this TV for gaming and I’m not a big a sports fanatic either. This TV does exactly what I want it do and I consider it to be an excellent price for a 1080p with 120hz refresh rate.
